I did not personally use it. I bought it for the church office. To the best of my knowledge it is working just fine.

Works just fine for me. I would give it 5 stars but I can recognize that there is occasionally a little loose toner on my paper ... maybe that's user error though. Otherwise it works great in my HP printer.
