The cartridge came in excellent condition and was packaged professionally. All of the OEM tapes were in place. When installed the images were every bit as good as the original manufacture. I am waiting to see if the yield is the same.
The toner cartridge was of good quality and worked well with Brother printer.
On time delivery quality product works great. With a new Brother replacement cartridge costing almost as much as a brand new printer the price for the refurb was right. No problems as of yet -- don't expect any either.
